springMVC dispatcher could not be started

Question

I try move to ubuntu from windows.

* Install bitbucket in ubuntu machine using .bin file.
* Copy `bitbucket home directory` to target directory.
* `$ pg_dump bitbucket > database.sql` in windows
* Edit set-bibucket-home.sh.
* restore database from database.sql directly.

Restart machine, the repository data can be viewed in web, but PR data lost.

* Delete bibucket database, create new one.
* `$ sudo -u postgres psql -U postgres -f database.sql` in ubuntu

Restart machine, the error occur.

Use stop and start script in ubuntu have no effect in my case, instead, I restart machine.

* The <bitbucket home directory> permission is ok, I have set all to atlbitbucket. And util step 5, actually the respository data can be viewed in web.
* Ubuntu 16.04
* Bitbucket Server 5.3.0 used in Ubuntu
* Bitbucket Server 5.2.1 used in Windows
* The machine has 2 cores and 3.8 mb, not a VM
