How can I roll back edited statuses to default statuses?

I've edited the default statuses which obviously had an impact on other workflows and would like to restore to default statuses.

Also, JIRA will ask you to "save a backup copy" of the existing workflow before you save/publish it. This will create a copy of the edited workflow and append a "Copy of-" prefix to its name. Keep that in mind next time

There's no "roll back", but you can just rename the status back to what they were
