How to load email body field to field in incident?

Hi,
In email open incident I need to load email body fields in the component / s field in the incident can someone help me?

Could you describe more what you are trying to accomplish? What is your use-case? Are you using ScriptRunner for JIRA Server or JIRA Cloud? Are you using a post-function to send a custom email?
