Error says it exceeds the number of users enabled, but the number of users enabled is correct.

Question

We have a starte license for 10 users.

In the user list there are 13, of wich 10 are active users, and 3 are disabled.

When i want to perform an action such as saving a page, the system does not alloe it and indicates that the number of user is exceeded.

Hmm.  The only thing I can think of is that there's a problem with one of the deactivated users that is making it think they are active.

Can you check that none of the deactivated users are in any administration groups?  And then activate and re-deactivate each one?
