Why do all my images I post to a confluence page show as "Broken Image?"

For the past three weeks, any images I try to populate on confluence pages show as "broken image." I have tried to paste screen shots and attach/upload files from a folder. Nothing seems to work.

Can you tell me, do the other users not have the same problem in Firefox?

If you disable all add-ons in Firefox, do you have the same problem? The same when you access from another network or computer?
