In Jira Cloud can I move fields (custom or otherwise) to be right-aligned on the screen?

I have seen some posts from earlier years about moving custom fields to be right aligned and I wanted to know if there any functionality that enabled this yet ?

as far as i know, its not possible (especially on JIRA Cloud).
