JIRA ver: 7.1.2
Atlassian Universal Plugin Manager updating to 2.22.4
I was updating the atlassian plugin manager and the plugin updates didn't complete due to the fact that, JIRA might have struct in between and now the JIRA services stopped and not getting started even after the restart of server pc.
Below is the error showing when trying to restart the services.
"Windows could not start the Atlassian JIRA on local computer. For more information, review the System Event log. If this is non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 4.
