Jira outgoung mail edit/delete settings - page not found (404)

In the jira administration page in the mail settings I click edit or delete and get 404

when i click edit or delete nothing happens in catalina.out.

What information can I give to you yet?

Hi,

At this time we would need more information to determine what's going on.  Do me a favor and reproduce the issue and paste the portion of the JIRA_INSTALL/logs/catalina.out log that you see at the time you reproduced the issue.
