Is anyone else seeing this annoying dialog about pipeline build minutes?

jsdevel

Here's what happened today:

1. I was on the free plan.
2. I saw the growl message about my build minutes expiring for the period.
3. I upgraded my plan to standard.
4. All day I've been seeing the growl message.

This is incredibly annoying.  Has anyone else seen this?

No, but I'm seeing this other notice

It comes up with every time a open any page on bitbucket. I haven't found how to discard it, or acknowledge it
