Global Rank and Rank fields show corrupted characters

Custom fields->Global Rank for Issue type(s): Global (all issues)

 

But the new and existing stories are displays corrupted letters

Can someone help me how can I manage this issue,

Those are not corrupt, they're a valid representation of the rank.

There's nothing to do here, other than remove the field from view screens, as it doesn't tell humans anything useful.
