What is the external Celstream in project permission configuration for?

Hi All,

What is exactly the usage of "External Celstream" configuration in the JIRA software project "Users and Roles" configuration page?

I am currently trying to clean up and configure existing old and active projects and stumble on the "External Celstream" section in the project's User and roles configuration page. What is it for? and how to use and configure it?

Googling the "JIRA External Celstream" found nothing but showing for an IT company.

It's something one of your admins has added.  I assume it's a role.

We can't really tell you what it's for, you'd need to ask the people who set it up, or those who asked for it.
