Why am I not able to transition certain ticket to CLOSE, with the right permission?

I have multiple tickets attached to an Epic link and I am not able to close all of them, even though I am the product owner over the component.

Hi!, check the conditions of the current status in the workflow of the epic.

May be there's a Workflow Condition disabling the transition.
