We have a Product Owner and Scrum Master that are moving around tickets within the backlog on a regular basis. This creates a lot of email notifications and I was wondering if there was a way to disable notifications from being sent from a particular user?
Not out of the box. I'm not aware if a plugin that does it, but I haven't looked.
