Multiple atlassian accounts linked to Jira

Currently, We have mulitple accounts for users with different email ids.

The SSO feature doesn't help in working across multiple teams (Jira accounts). 

Has anyone faced this issue ?

The only workaround seems to be using different browsers, which is very bad.

Um, there's no way SSO can work that way.

The whole point of it is that a person says "hey, it's me, <identifier>" and that identifier is recognised as a single identity. 

What you're doing is effectively randomising the identifier.  There's no way a set of systems can recognise the same person from an unrelated set of identifiers.
