Jira Service Desk - unable to create project

hi all,

I've uploaded/ installed Jira service desk version 3.3.0 and the Jira version is 7.3.0.

When the installation is done and I want to create a Service Desk project I got this stack trace, not sure what's happening?

Hi Michel,

What OS are you using and what database (including version) are you using?

There was a similar issue reported in this Communities post.  The underlying issue in that situation was an upgrade of the OS that caused the db to be upgraded to an incompatible version.

Also, did you upgrade from a previous version?  If so try searching for "cannot be upgraded" or search around the time of startup to see if there were any upgrade errors.
