How to add an action on issue creating?

Hello. I'm trying to write a plugin which can add a first comment "This issue was created by: <user_name>" when each issue will be created. I attempted to extend CreateIssueDetails class and rewrite doExecute(), but can't import this class. And I can't find another way to do that, which is not pleasure. Thanks for responses.

Sorry, I did not explain my problem clearly. My aim is not to get reporter's name, because his name really appears, but to add actions to issue creating.
