Unable to view a shared dashboard. Getting Errors

Hi, 

Was wondering if you could help. We have a dashboard that has been set to 'shared with everyone'

So i go to add the dasboard under > manage my dashboard> We search for it and the click the star so it shows up under My dashboards.

When we go to it we get the following errors attached. Please can you advise if we are missing something.

Most likely problem is that you have not shared the filters that the dashboard relies on.
