Is there a way to see a listing of all repos that are part of a specific branch?

I'm not sure what you're asking here - branches are parts of repos, not the other way around.
Some node.js architectures use multiple repos across a single project all branched with the same name. Using some IDE's (like Webstorm) it is possible to manipulate repos across common local and remote branches (common to all repos)
It is useful to know which repos have branches of the same names because sometimes, people do not branch every single repo in your projects and it beomces impossible to bulk manipulate them.
Are you using Bitbucket Cloud or Bitbucket Server? If you're using Bitbucket Server AND the branch names match the standard JIRA ticket naming convention (e.g., branch names end in things like */TKT-123 or */A2B-456), then I know a way.
