Import failed. Check your server logs for more information. com.atlassian.confluence.importexport.ImportExportException: Unable to complete import: Error while importing backup: com.atlassian.confluence.internal.relations.dao.User2ContentRelationEntity

Why in this problem? Thanks for answers!

Are you attempting to restore/import a Confluence backup?

Is you current Confluence version an exact match to the version you are attempting to reestore/import?

Are you attempting to overwrite an existing Confluence instance with your restore/import?

Are you attempting to restore/import a Confluence backup?

Is you current Confluence version an exact match to the version you are attempting to reestore/import?

Are you attempting to overwrite an existing Confluence instance with your restore/import?

Tony Montana

Hi!

1. Space backup

2. Nope

3. Space backup

Nic Brough -Adaptavist-

I think Stephen has found it - when you're doing import/export, the systems need to be relatively close to each other in terms of versions.

I can see it attempting to upgrade your data in the logs, but it's not able to do all of it, and is choking on a table.

You should import your data on to the same version of Confluence and then upgrade it to the target version, and re-export it. (Or upgrade the source version to match the target)

Looks like this matches your error:

HI,

I am facing the same issue, do we have a workaround or resolution for this?
