Jira is sending more then few times a day mail notifcation about unassigned due date.
we want to disable this specific notification, is it possible?
Hi Efi,
I have seen this done through subscriptions to a filter. If your users are subscribed to a filter that has a query for unassigned due date they can un-subscribe from the filter. Another thing to check is to see if you have an add-on that is sending those reminders.
Hopefully that helps.
Cheers,
