The activity stream has the option to filter by username,however the delimiter for multiple usernames is a space.
How to filter this stream on a username with a space in it?

Creating usernames with spaces should not be overall allowed. It produce many problems similar to that. There is related bug to track this

But since this is already a problem maybe using quotes could work? If not then it might be hard to find a good workaround.
