Hide email adress in header.

Hello,

When the JIRA Service Desk sending customer notifications i get this:

Servicedesk van EVO-it <jira@evo-it.atlassian.net>

I don't want to see the email adres but only: Servicedesk van EVO-it

Is this possible in the settings of JIRA?
