I have been working on a plugin to facilitate the distributed PI planning sessions. It lets different users work concurrently on a PI board and add stories/epics and dependencies. What other features would you like to see to make it work for you?
Dependency visibility
- at the ticket level
- at the backlog level
- across projects
- direction of dependency (upstream or downstream or bi-directional)
Work by team across a timeline with dependencies represented (in SAFe, this would be the program board concept)
