How to create a Jira Helpdesk ticket

Hi there,

I'm having trouble with Jira itself and I'd like to get some help from Jira amdins. It's says "I'm your new Fon JIRA instance in the Cloud. Should you have any issue related with me, please open a Helpdesk ticket." but I can't find a link to create one.

Any help, please?
