Is it possible to display Date and Time for Last Updated and Created Fields in JIRA Service Desk?

Currently these fields only show the Date. Month/Day/Year. I have seen other questions on this topic, but no definitive answer. Any advice?

For me, in cloud, the History displays time as well as date.
