Detected tables with non-default collation?

Confluence not starting with error about tables in non-default collation, can't find what is the problem. Mysql status outputs looking fine:

Server characterset: utf8
Db characterset: utf8
Client characterset: utf8
Conn. characterset: utf8

show table status:

collations for every table set to utf8_bin

Any suggestions what problem might be?
