Can you have the issue creation screen show two tabs but have the content show in Issue Views?

I would like to create an issue for a particular project and have the creation screen split the fields up into tabs but have the Issue View screen show all of the content regardless of which tab those fields were under. Currently, the content shows up just like it did on the Creation screen, so users have to remember to click into each tab to see what was added there.

Can this be done?

Hi Eric,

you can define different screens for creating, editing and viewing issues.

You have to define the screens in the admin section:

• Admin -> Issues -> Screens
• Then create a new screen scheme. Associate issue operations with your new screens: 
  • Create Issue - your new create issue screen with tabs
  • Edit Issue - your choice - with or without tabs
  • View Issue - your screen without tabs
• Then create an issue type screen scheme and add the screen scheme from bullet point 2 as default Screen Scheme
• Then change your project settings. Add your new Issue Type Screen Scheme to your project.

That should do it.
