Is it possible to have the same card appear in multiple lists / boards?

This is something different from just copying a card - which I know is easy.

I want to have the same card appear on multiple lists and boards and, when changes are made in one occurence of the card, the changes are automatically reflected in all other occurences of the card. Make sense?
