Tempo Project Manager role in JIRA 7.x without Tempo-plugin

We updated our core system to JIRA 7.3.3. Now I can see a new role in a project configuration - Tempo Project Manager. But we have NO Tempo plugin. I didn't find any information in Atlassian documentation about this topic.

Why can I see this role and what is that good for? Could it be integrated with some other plugins? Or is it a part of JIRA Core/Software itself?

Did you ever find a reason for this? Could it be that the add-on was installed at some point?
