Workflow actions are grouped

Below as you can see that ticket in the status "In progress".

It can be moved to "Code Review", ''Resolve" and "Open".

Status "Resolve" and "Open" are grouped below the "Workflow" button. How to make them as separate buttons, not grouped?

it is not possible to ungroup thos transitions. as soon as you have more then 3 transitions they will be grouped.
