Wait I just noticed on the Bitbucket Pipelines section ad that Windows isn't compatible yet... so where are you seeing that it is?
Unless I'm mistaken, Bitbucket Pipelines is not a piece of software you can install to your own servers, but a cloud service offered by Atlassian.
It is Atlassian that operates this in their cloud infrastructure, so your OS is irrelevant in this regard.
