Question

Confluence.

Answer

We use such tools as JIRA and Confluence.

Approximately from 10.08.15 we aren't getting mail notifications about new events in subjects one is signed to.

In Confluence: there is no mail notification about the comment in Space one is signed to.

In JIRA: there is no mail notification about the comment in Issue if one is not the author of it.

Can you help us ?

Check with IT to see if they changed the email server address. If so, change Mail Server settings.
