After installing the JIRA server format, it asks me to make some setting and I got problem with generating the license key.

now I generate the key through my profile, copy and paste , but it still does not work.

Could you please make sure there are no spaces at the end of your license key? In addition I'd recommend to do not share the license key on this channel since it's public. You can remove the picture by editing your answer.
