bug fix in (View workflow)

When you will fix fatal bug regarding (View workflow) diagram.

Simulate bug:

 

1. Start work on bug - show work progress

2. Complete work - show that work is complete 

3. Open it again and start work - show work progress

 

Step 3 is wrong on your diagram. You need to show back history too. Now you show only first two step and that is.

 

What you show now in your diagram

step 1 open task -> step 2 work on task -> step 3 complete task -> step 4 test task

then if for some reason task is open again you will show the same diagram but you need to show that diagram

step 1 open task -> step 2 work on task -> step 3 complete task -> step 4 test task -> step 1.1 open task again -> step 2.2 work on task again

 

You did not show history of your diagram work flow but you show that info in table list in main descriptions. If you show that you need to change your diagram too.

 

This bug is very fatal.

This bug show to people that Jira is unfinished portal.

Hi Petar,

When you reopen an issue in JIRA, the issue will go through the workflow just like a new issue but with some historical data. If you would like to get the historical data, you can check the information under History tab of issue view screen.
