My JIRA Software maintenance is about to expire next week. Can I opt to renew in three months instead. If yes, when will the new maintenance period begin?
Emily, I found this FAQ that seems to answer your second question:
3. When does software maintenance start?
Basically, maintenance renewals commence from the date the previous maintenance period expires, regardless of when you renew.
If you let it expire for 3 months, you will be without maintenance for that time.
