Upgrade from JIRA 6.2 to JIRA Latest version 7

Question

Am planning to Upgrade from JIRA 6.2 to JIRA Latest version 7.x

The previous version is JIRA Software v6.2 + JIRA Agile v6.6.13 so from this am planning to upgrade new version 7.x

Can I upgrade directly from v6.2 to v7.x

Please let me know your inputs on the same?
