POWER ISSUES WITH i5100 WIN FAC POS TERMINAL

Dear Team,

I have this Ingenico i5100 WIN FAC Pos terminals, that is not powering up. but the same power pack powers up other Pos terminals.

What do i do?

LOL, we will need the IP of the POS, username and password
