Is there an additional fee to add additional nodes to Bitbucket Data Center.

I wasn't sure if there were any additional license costs involved with adding nodes to a Data Center. There is a license cost for the Data Center but is there any license costs for the nodes?

No, there isn't. You can have any number of nodes.
