Despite adding this field in using ‘configure columns’ functionality we are unable to see this in our saved searches.
Note: Field is added on required screen(create, view ,edit etc).

Hi, the problem is that your filter has only to include the issue types that have this field configured for them. If it's listed an issu type that don't has this issues then it won't be shown in the issue navigator.

My filter contains the issue types which are holding the field value
If you are using v5.2.x can you select on the tool option on the Issue Navigator the option "Use my column order"
I am using 5.2.7.. but i dont find option as you said.. under tools i could only see "all Issues" and "configure Column"
