Jira Import - Dead Link

I just created a new fresh account and want to import the database from an old account. I have the backup and I use the Jira Import on the new account and this happens

Import file successfully processed. You will be redirected to the next step in 5 seconds.

Then I get sent to a dead link page

Why and how do I get it to work

Hi Jacob I'm not sure if you are talking about JIRA Server or Cloud but that doesn't really matter.

In both cases it's best to get in touch with Atlassian through support.atlassian.com
