why timetracking not show up to the right?

Hi All, it seems i have time tracking added to the screen, but at the issue view page I can not see the time tracking shown up to the right, is there some settings hide it? Thanks.

yes it is enabled, shown as "

Time Tracking is currently ON."

is there some permission or group restriction?

There is only permission check on who can log the work. Everyone can see it though!
