Log into confluence with crowd

Hi,

We upgrade Confluence version 3.4.8 to 4.0.7 and we import a daily-backup, but we can't log into confluence.

We use crowd 2.7 to log, we consult "Integrating Crowd with Atlassian Confluence" documentation but we don't find a solution.

This is our log:

Are we need to login with a local confluence's administrator to configure something ?

Hi Johann,

If you don't have the local user, you have to create it on your database. This is a pretty trivial process and is very well documented here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Restoring+Passwords+To+Recover+Admin+User+Rights

Hi Johann,

Beginning with confluence 3.5 we dropped support to atlassian-user.xml which was the old way to integrate confluence with Crowd or LDAP.

So basically you have to reconfigure Confluence to work with CROWD, for that you have to access confluence with your “admin” user, which is not stored on crowd, and follow this guide:
