Activating previously disabled Confluence Users.

We are using LDAP to manager our Users.

My company wants to deactivate a pile of users who haven't logged in recently.

So, when the returning (now inactive) user attempts to log-in again (and then fails after their 3rd attempt), my company wants an automatic page to appear that:

1) explains why they were disabled in the first place; and,

2) instructions on how to reactivate their account.

Does anyone know if this is possible? Is there a plug-in?

Hello Leslie,

I’m afraid this is not possible to do on Confluence by default. However, there's a plugin called User Disabler for Confluence, which might be what you are looking for.

In case it is not what are you looking for, contacting an Expert to develop a solution for your case may be the best approach.
