what is the name of the section of web-item for the project admin menu of jira?

Hi, I would like to add a new web-item under the versions & components which should be visible only for project admins. I found only one section (i.e, system.admin/globalsettings) but i did not find the exact section name in the documentation. Can some one help me about this please?
