Go to  
 > Issues > Workflows

Choose the relevant workflow > Edit

Choose the relevant transition > Triggers

Is that the only want you can view triggers? That means I have to look into each workflow. I want to see if I am able to see all the list of triggers in one page and which workflow has them.
