Is it possible to search for all Issues that do not have links?
e.g.: Search for all issues that:
- are in project = foo
- assigned to user Bar
- have no linked issues
Use the (commercial) JIRA Tricks Plugin. The query would be:
Project = Foo AND Assignee = bar AND issue not in hasLinks()
