Hello,
There is a Builtin Scripts feature that has a "Switch to different user" . I would like to disable it. Is there a way to do this, like access to the groovy file and commenting it out?

I'd recommend adding scriptrunner / Adaptavist to your tags, so maybe their experts will see this.
