I am new to JIRA, I am an IT project manager. I am in the process of structuring JIRA by adding groups and users. Now I need to know what comes next, Boards or Projects.

You can create a Dashboard for different project.

Or, you can create a project, and then create a specific board for it.

Yes I am reading through it right now, but still confused on what comes first. Project --> Boards OR Baords --> Projects.

It depends on what you need smile

If you need one board/project, create a project and then, the corresponding board smile
