Can't access Confluence on ipad or iphone. Getting "kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303".

Is anyone else seeing this issue when trying to access their Confluence site with safari on either the iPhone or iPad?

Hi Sinead,

Have you checked your Confluence Addons menu to ensure the confluence mobile add-on is enabled with all modules active? Some admins have shut this off due to some flakey performance with the mobile interface.

Are you able to provide some more information, like full errors found in the logs?

There are no errors in the logs related to this. Here's a snapshot of the error from my iphone.
