Automatic Assignee

Question

when creating a new issue

1-I need the Assignee to be for a group and not a single user when choosing Automatic

I have a custom field  COLOR that have 3 values : Blue ,         Red ,              Green

and i have 3 groups                                          Group A,     Group B,            Group C

when creating an issue if selected  color is blue then if Assignee is Automatic the assigned Group is Group A

and if color is Red  the Assignee = Group B

if color is Green   the assigne =Group C

please guide me to achieve my target

do you have another demo anything than can achieve my scenario

I have 3 groups: A,B,C and custom field color :Blue,Red,Green

if blue is selected and  automatic assigne is selected then it will be assigned for (group A)

if red is selected and  automatic assigne is selected then it will be assigned for (group B)

if green is selected and  automatic assigne is selected then it will be assigned for (group C)
